The good stuff

Some very sensible things (like pensions). Some less sensible things (like trying to eat pizza while playing darts). Either way, they could all be yours.

Holidays and other-days-off days

So… you haven’t started yet and we’re already talking about days off. But we think holidays are important. This is an industry that expects hard work – it’s rewarding, yes, but so is time spent away from the day-to-day.

You’ll get 25 days’ annual leave. On top of this, you’ll be able to take your birthday off to celebrate with your nearest and dearest. And we also offer volunteer days – each year, you can spend a whole working day dedicating your time to a cause close to your heart.

Pension contributions

If we’re getting ahead of ourselves, we might as well talk pensions. Put in 5% of your gross salary (that’s the amount you get before stuff like tax and national insurance is taken out), and we’ll put in 3%. Of course, you can contribute more if you like.

Referral scheme

While we’re on the subject of money, we believe good people know good people. So, when you refer someone to join the team, you’ll get a handsome bonus.

Healthcare

Pass your probation and you can join our private healthcare scheme. You can also add family members, plus optical and dental cover too if you want.

Wellbeing

It goes without saying, but your wellbeing is really important to us. You’ll have access to our Employee Assistance Programme from day one, including a 24-hour helpline, counselling services and a variety of other support services.

Cycle to work

Take advantage of the Cycle to Work scheme and save on a new bike (and accessories) to get you to and from the office. Don’t worry, we have showers – and a high tolerance for Lycra.

Socials

Once in a while, it’s time to paint the town coral*. From bowling and rounders to quiz nights and murder mysteries, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to let your hair down and talk about things other than work.
