Great careers. Interesting work. Amazing colleagues. And lots of fun (really).
There are many reasons TMW Business is a great place to work. There’s the work – interesting and varied. The people – talented, friendly and helpful. The career – an opportunity to make a difference, progress and develop. And no mandated days in the office.
We support hybrid-working, and believe our offices are there to inspire teamwork, not fence people in. What’s more, we allow you to work remotely for up to 30 days in a foreign country. Look below for a load more benefits.
If you’d like to join us, we’d love to hear from you. Take a look at the opportunities below or get in touch with Ronnie Smith at firstname.lastname@example.org →
Some very sensible things (like pensions). Some less sensible things (like trying to eat pizza while playing darts). Either way, they could all be yours.
Holidays and other-days-off days
So… you haven’t started yet and we’re already talking about days off. But we think holidays are important. This is an industry that expects hard work – it’s rewarding, yes, but so is time spent away from the day-to-day.
You’ll get 25 days’ annual leave. On top of this, you’ll be able to take your birthday off to celebrate with your nearest and dearest. And we also offer volunteer days – each year, you can spend a whole working day dedicating your time to a cause close to your heart.
If we’re getting ahead of ourselves, we might as well talk pensions. Put in 5% of your gross salary (that’s the amount you get before stuff like tax and national insurance is taken out), and we’ll put in 3%. Of course, you can contribute more if you like.
While we’re on the subject of money, we believe good people know good people. So, when you refer someone to join the team, you’ll get a handsome bonus.
Pass your probation and you can join our private healthcare scheme. You can also add family members, plus optical and dental cover too if you want.
It goes without saying, but your wellbeing is really important to us. You’ll have access to our Employee Assistance Programme from day one, including a 24-hour helpline, counselling services and a variety of other support services.
Once you’ve passed your probation, we’ll make a monthly contribution towards your gym or health club fees. All you’ll need to do is prove that you’re a member. By that, we mean showing us your joining letter – not just your impressive set of guns.
Cycle to work
Take advantage of the Cycle to Work scheme and save on a new bike (and accessories) to get you to and from the office. Don’t worry, we have showers – and a high tolerance for Lycra.
Once in a while, it’s time to paint the town coral*. From bowling and rounders to quiz nights and murder mysteries, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to let your hair down and talk about things other than work.

Recruiters, please note we operate a strict PSL which isn’t currently up for review. We appreciate you not sending unsolicited emails.
Candidates, by submitting your CV, you consent to:
Thinking about a speculative application? Freelancer who wants to be listed in our little black book? Internship? Work experience? We’d love to hear from you.
