Great careers. Interesting work. Amazing colleagues. And lots of fun (really).
There are many reasons TMW Business is a great place to work. There’s the work – interesting and varied. The people – talented, friendly and happy to share their knowledge. There’s a career – an opportunity to make a difference, progress and develop. And a load of benefits you’ll find listed below.
If you’d like to join us, we’d love to hear from you. Take a look at the opportunities below or get in touch with Ronnie Smith at firstname.lastname@example.org →
Some very sensible things (pensions and the like). Some less sensible things (Debbie’s Bar, we’re looking at you). Either way, they’re all yours.
So… you haven’t started yet and we’re already talking about days off. But we think holidays are important. This is an industry that expects hard work – it’s rewarding, yes, but so is time spent away from the day-to-day.
You’ll get 23 days annual leave to start off with. But this will increase the longer you stay with us. You can also buy or sell up to five days holiday a year, giving you a bit more cash or time off.
If we’re getting ahead of ourselves, we might as well talk pensions. Put in 5% of your gross salary (that’s the amount you get before stuff like tax and national insurance is taken out), and we’ll put in 3%. Of course, you can put in more if you like.
Pass your probation and you can join our private healthcare scheme. It’s run by Aviva and you can add family members and optical and dental cover if you want to.
Your wellbeing is really important to us. You’ll have access to our Employee Assistance Programme from day one. That means a 24-hour helpline, counselling services and a variety of other support services.
If you’re a member of a gym or health club, we’ll make a contribution towards your monthly fees – once you’ve passed your probation. You’ll just need to show us some evidence that you’re a member. By that, we mean a joining letter or membership card rather than an impressive set of guns.
Cycle to work
Take advantage of the Cycle to Work scheme and save on a new bike (and accessories) to get you to and from the office. Don’t worry, there are showers at the office and a high tolerance for lycra.
The American Bar at The Savoy. Boadas in Barcelona. Harry’s Bar in Venice. Debbie’s Bar in the office kitchen is unlike any of these. But what it lacks in sophistication and elan, it makes up for in belly laughs and cheap snacks. Just what you need at the end of the week.
Da…da, da, da, da, da, dah…! Once in a while, it’s time to go to town (or France. We did that once). From bowling and rounders to quiz nights and murder mysteries, there’s plenty of opportunity to let your hair down. And talk about things other than work.
Recruiters, please note we operate a strict PSL which isn’t currently up for review. We appreciate you not sending unsolicited emails.
Candidates, by submitting your CV, you consent to:
Thinking about a speculative application? Freelancer who wants to be listed in our little black book? Internship? Work experience? We’d love to hear from you.
